A Professional Solution for Your Brand: Printed Clear Labels

Online Etiket Roll Clear Label is a premium polypropylene (PP) based packaging solution that seamlessly integrates with the color and texture of the packaging it is applied to, creating a "no-label look" illusion. Produced in roll (coil) form, it provides perfect compatibility for automated labeling (mass production) processes using machinery.

It allows you to highlight your brand on glass, cosmetic, or colored plastic bottles without obscuring the product's contents. Unlike standard paper labels, being plastic-based, it exhibits maximum resistance to liquid contact, moisture, oil, and harsh outdoor conditions; it absolutely does not tear or stretch.

Why Choose Our Printing House?

We produce using our high-tech industrial line, not office-type printers. The difference in our printing quality:

  • Material Infrastructure: Clear Polypropylene (PP) Plastic (Roll winding suitable for mass production).

  • Visual Texture: Extra Glossy and Fully Transparent.

  • Physical Resistance: 100% waterproof; ultra-durable against tearing, high humidity, and chemical leaks (oil, alcohol, etc.).

  • Adhesive Technology: Acrylic-based clear adhesive that does not distort the background color.

Areas of Use

  • Areas where transparency, durability, and fast application (automation) are critical:

    • Cosmetic and personal care packaging (shampoo, lotion, serum bottles) entering automated filling lines.

    • Gourmet food and beverage packaging (jam, honey, cold-pressed fruit juices) where customers want to see the product content.

    • Premium product series intended to create a contrast on colored packaging.

⚠️ Critical Technical Detail: The "White Ink" Problem in Clear Labels Standard digital printing systems work with the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) color palette, and this palette does not contain "White" ink.

This results in two important consequences for clear labels:

  1. Areas you leave "white" in your design file will appear as completely colorless (transparent voids) on the label after printing.

  2. When you apply your clear label to a dark surface (e.g., a black bottle), the printed colors will transmit light, blend with the background color, and appear very dull.

Expert Solution: White Underprint (Opaquing) For the colors in your design to appear vibrant and bold even on dark backgrounds, or for the white areas in your logo to truly look "white," a white ink print (white underprint) needs to be applied to the background. To benefit from this special white ink technology for your roll clear label orders, you can confidently place your order through our Pro Label section.

Q&A

Frequently Asked Questions (Technical Details)

How are the white colors in my design printed?

Our standard clear label printing uses CMYK technology and does not include white ink. Therefore, white areas in your design will appear completely transparent when printed. Areas you want to appear white will take on the color of the surface they are applied to.

Are clear labels water and refrigerator resistant?

Yes. Our products are not paper-based, but Polypropylene (PP) plastic-based. They are not affected by water, moisture, or oil and do not deform under refrigerator conditions (cold chain).

Will the print quality be like an office printout?

No. We are a professional printing house. Our production is done on HP Indigo or industrial UV machines, with high resolution and photo quality. You will not experience pixelation or faded color issues.

Are roll labels suitable for machine application?

Yes. Our roll labels are wound to industrial standards, with waste removed (gaps between labels cleaned). You can use them seamlessly in automatic labeling machines.

Will colors be visible on dark backgrounds?

Clear labels give the best results on light-colored, white, or glass/PET surfaces. On dark-colored (black, navy blue, etc.) packaging, our ink is semi-transparent, so colors may appear dull. For dark backgrounds, we recommend opaque (white-backed) labels.
