What is a Metallized Label?
Online Etiket Metallized Roll Label is, in its simplest form, a type of label that has been given a "metallic appearance." Another variety on the market, known as "Silver Matte" or "Asset Label," is a very special type of polyester (PET)-based label with a matte metallic gray surface. Unlike paper labels, because it is plastic-based, it is tear-resistant and exhibits extraordinary resistance to water, moisture, oil, alcohol, and high temperatures.
Especially technical specification labels on the back of white goods or asset barcodes in offices are produced from this material. It is the longest-lasting label solution.
Technical Specifications
- Raw Material: Polyester (PET) - Plastic Based
- Appearance: Matte Silver Color
- Durability: Tear-resistant. Unaffected by water, oil, dirt, and chemicals.
- Heat Resistance: Can withstand ambient temperatures between -40°C and +150°C.
- Printing Method: Suitable for all printing types.
Online Etiket Expert Tip:
Areas you leave white in the design will appear directly in the metallic background color, so avoid light colors; because there is no white underlay, light tones disappear on the metallized surface and become unreadable due to glare (blowout) in the print. If you want white color on your metallized label, you can check the Pro Label section.
