DELIVERY AND SHIPPING PROCESS

Order Preparation and Shipping Time Orders placed via otiket.com.tr are produced specially for you, according to your request and chosen product features. After the production process is completed, your orders are carefully packaged and delivered to cargo within an estimated 7 business days.

Shipping Company and Free Shipping All our shipments throughout Turkey are carried out with the assurance of DHL Cargo. While our standard delivery network operates via DHL Cargo, for all purchases of 5,000 TL or more, the shipping fee is covered by our company and sent to you with the advantage of free shipping.

Special Delivery Requests If you have urgent delivery, different courier options, or special cargo requests outside of our standard shipping process, you can contact us via our WhatsApp support line before or immediately after placing your order. Your requests will be evaluated based on operational suitability.

Failure to Receive Cargo and Return Status If the cargo official does not find you at your address when your order arrives, your package will be directed to the relevant DHL Cargo branch in your region. Packages not picked up within the waiting period at the branch are returned to our company. The reshipment fee for cargo returned to our company due to not being found at the address or not being picked up from the branch is the responsibility of the recipient (customer).

Transportation Process and Regional Deliveries After your order leaves our company in sound and complete condition and is delivered to cargo, the subsequent transportation, distribution, and delivery processes are the operational responsibility of the carrier company (DHL Cargo). However, for any issues you may experience regarding the status of your cargo or questions you may have, you can write to us via our WhatsApp line; we will gladly follow up as necessary to expedite the process and prevent any grievances. Delivery procedures in military bases, lodgings, or special areas where cargo vehicles are not allowed entry are subject to DHL Cargo's standard practices.

Things to Consider During Delivery When receiving your cargo from the courier, always check for any tears, crushes, or wetness on the outer surface of the package. If there is damage to the cargo due to transportation, you must have a "Damage Assessment Report" issued by the cargo official before accepting the package. Since the carrier company does not accept responsibility for damaged products received without a report, return or re-production cannot be processed.
