Otiket Personal Data Processing Information Notice

As the Data Controller, we, Otiket, located at Yakuplu Mah. Beysan San. Sit. Dereboyu Cad. No:15/3 Beylikdüzü-İstanbul, wish to inform you about the processing and protection of your personal data and your rights under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

1. Distinction between Commercial Data and Personal Data

Otiket primarily provides printing and label services to its corporate clients (B2B). In this context, commercial and legal data belonging to legal entities, such as company name, tax office, tax number, and corporate contact information shared by our customers, are not defined as "personal data" under the KVKK and are therefore outside the scope of this Clarification Text.

2. Your Processed Personal Data and Collection Method

If you register for membership or place individual orders through our platform, visit the site, or subscribe to our newsletters, the following personal data is collected electronically through automatic means:

  • Identity and Contact Data: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.

  • Transaction and Financial Data: Order history, billing information, requests, and complaint records.

  • Digital Footprint and Interaction Data: Device information used to access our website, your IP address, referrer website or search engine keywords, viewed pages, and duration of stay on the site. Additionally, your interaction data regarding whether you open our email newsletters and click on links within them is collected via web beacons and cookies.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed proportionally and appropriately, in compliance with the law and good faith, for the purposes of:

  • Establishing distance sales contracts, managing the printing production process, and delivering orders,

  • Issuing invoices and conducting accounting transactions,

  • Analyzing the use of our website, and improving SEO and user experience,

  • Resolving customer requests and complaints,

  • Sending personalized campaigns, newsletters, and marketing communications, if you have given your explicit consent,

  • Fulfilling our legal obligations arising from commercial and e-commerce legislation.

4. Transfer of Personal Data (Domestic and International)

Personal data collected under KVKK is, in principle, not shared with third parties without a legitimate purpose. However, to carry out order operations and ensure service quality:

  • Domestic Transfer: It may be transferred to logistics and cargo companies for product delivery, to e-invoice/accounting integrators and payment infrastructure providers for financial processes, and to authorized public institutions upon request within the scope of legal obligations.

  • International Transfer: Due to the fact that Otiket's global e-commerce infrastructure providers (Shopify, etc.), cloud-based servers, email sending services, and analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.) have data centers abroad; your data may be stored on these secure international servers in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK and necessary security measures for the technical operation of the system.

5. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11 and Application Procedure

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to request rectification if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed, and to request its deletion.

To exercise these rights, clearly state your request along with the necessary information and documents to verify your identity (your T.C. ID number if you are a Turkish citizen, your passport number if not, and your address for notification):

  • By personally submitting a wet-signed petition with identity verification or via notary to Yakuplu Mah. Beysan San. Sit. Dereboyu Cad. No:15/3 Beylikdüzü-İstanbul,

  • Or by written communication to info@otiket.com.tr from your email address registered in our system.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.
