Is the Void Hologram Label waterproof?
Yes, as it is produced from a PET (plastic) based material, it is fully resistant to water, moisture, and oil. It does not melt or lose its form in outdoor conditions.
Which ribbon should be used for this label?
To make a permanent and indelible print on the slippery surface of hologram labels, you need to use Resin or Wax-Resin ribbons in your barcode printers. Standard wax ribbons do not adhere.
What is the difference from a standard Destructible (Security) label?
When destructible labels are attempted to be removed, they break into small pieces (like an eggshell). The Void Hologram label, however, is removed in one piece but leaves a "VOID" mark on the surface it was applied to and on itself, definitively proving that the package was opened previously.
Which printers are compatible with it?
It works 100% compatible with all desktop and industrial Thermal Transfer barcode printers (Zebra, Argox, TSC, Godex, etc.) that can use ribbons.
